Find out where you actually stand.
Share what you know about your debt review status. The team will help identify the evidence you are missing and the next step that applies to your case — before any fee is discussed.
The form takes a couple of minutes. You do not need every document in front of you — establishing what is still missing is exactly what the assessment is for.

Request your assessment

We establish where you stand before any fee is discussed.
The documents an assessment usually looks at.
You do not need all of these to start. Missing pieces are exactly what the assessment is for — it establishes what still has to be obtained, and from whom.
- 01Your South African ID details.
- 02Your debt review or court order details, if available.
- 03Paid-up letters or settlement confirmations from credit providers.
- 04Recent credit report information showing the debt review flag.
- 05Home loan or long-term credit statements if only that account remains.
- 06Any correspondence from your debt counsellor, credit providers or credit bureaus.
Be wary of anyone demanding a large upfront payment before verifying your status or outlining the lawful route. A reputable provider assesses eligibility first.
What the assessment settles.
Whether you are still under debt review, whether a court or Tribunal order exists, which route the National Credit Act actually opens for you, and what evidence is still to be obtained — and from whom.
It costs nothing and places you under no obligation. Outcomes and timeframes depend on your own records and legal position, so none are promised here.
